Delivery Info

R100 National delivery (3-7 working days).

If you are in a hurry and cannot wait for our delivery, we currently allow collections from Joburg CBD, (By Appointment) ONLY. Select this option at checkout and follow the instructions. After making payment, please send proof of payment by email to customercare@laconco.co.za

How will my order be delivered?

We use Aramex as our Preferred Courier. We care about your new goodies and would hate for them to be damaged or lost so we ONLY use door-to-door courier services.

How much does Delivery cost?

Our delivery is R100 . Outlying areas cost the same but may take longer.

How long does delivery take?

From the date of order and reflection of confirmed payment, we will dispatch within 3- 7 business days. We use Aramex couriers as our preferred courier for our national deliveries and use the (ECO) Economy delivery service as a standard for all of our deliveries. Please note that these couriers are only able to deliver on business days. Shipping is local within South Africa so no need to wait for months to receive your order

Can I change my delivery address?

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. Our Delivery and Dispatch process is extremely fast so, unfortunately, changing the delivery address after the order has been placed is quite difficult. We always like to help so if you select the wrong address let us know as quickly as possible and well try to help.
